For example,the question asks the following and you are not addressing them fully.

1. Reflect critically on your experience of leadership in international organisations, and the extent to which ideals and expectations of leadership are culturally determined
2. Use critical incidents of a cross-cultural nature to illustrate both positive and negative experience of leadership
3. Make and justify recommendations  for an appropriate leadership style for a manager from your nation working in two other nations  of your choice


How many critical incidents are you using, looks like only 2 which is not sufficient?
