For this assignment, you will assume you are a member of an organization’s training and development team. You are tasked with putting together a briefing for the senior leaders of the team on diversity leadership. You decide to discuss the two topics of expanding leadership opportunities for women within the organization and the importance of understanding cultural differences between members of your Nebraska and South Korea manufacturing plants. Create a PowerPoint presentation that addresses the following items listed below: Identify common reasons for the dearth of women leaders. Discuss possible measures that could increase leadership opportunities for women. Identify two significant cultural differences between the Anglo and Confucian Asia clusters. Discuss possible different leadership approaches based on these differences. The PowerPoint presentation will be a minimum of eight slides, not counting the title and reference slides. The content slide count will be split equally between the two diversity topics. You must use at least two outside sources to support your presentation. All sources used must be properly cited, and all references should be formatted in APA style.
