I’m stuck on a Business question and need an explanation.
For now, as we start our journey through strategy, select a company that you’re somewhat familiar with, either because you use their products and/or services or they’ve been in the news for a variety of reasons.
1. Based on your interactions with this company, and the concepts discussed in Chapter 1, what general strategy do you believe your chosen company is following; e.g. low-cost provider, superior value?
2. What internal or external threats do you believe might cause your chosen company to alter its strategy or focus more efforts on its current strategy?
