Using the organization that you currently work for (or using an organization that you would like to work for), identify some of the organization’s core competencies. How do you expect those core competencies will affect the organization’s strategic direction with respect to technological innovation? In responding to your peers, compare and contrast whether these core competencies enhance the organization’s ability to introduce technological innovation, or if the core competencies have the potential to impede technological innovation.
