Can you help me understand this Management question?

DQ #4: A project manager is in the finishing stage of her project. It is apparent that one of the project’s deliverables will not be completed before the project is wrapped up. What options does the project manager have for this uncompleted deliverable?

Instructions: The student will respond to each of four (4) discussion questions during the course. Each question involves the student posting a substantive response of at least 250 words and reference the textbook(s) and at least one (1) scholarly journal article. The journal article should provide substantive support to your answer.

In 500 words answer the following questions:

Locate the most recent 10K reports for Panera and one of its competitors on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) website. 

• Based on component percentage analysis and ratio analysis, what is your assessment of the profitability of Panera in the three most recent years?
• How does Panera’s profitability compare with one of its competitor (indicate the competitor that you used)?

Discuss your assessments of the two companies based on this analysis.

In this discussion you will make a total of three posts, one initial post and two reply posts. Initial posts should be 200-250 words. Reply posts should be 100-150 words. Points will be deducted for not meeting the minimum word count requirements. In your responses to other students’ posts, please addressthe student by name in your response and sign your name at the end of your post. Points will be deducted for not doing so.
