The goal of this project is to identify those who are having problem with substance and alcohol abuse. The way I can identify those individuals is by creating specific questions addressing the risk factor of using alcohol directly. The patient will be placed in informal group discussion. During the group discussion, determine how often the patient uses illicit drugs and drinking alcohol, and why using substance and alcohol. Also, in the group discussion, many questions will be focusing on the bad experience when using alcohol. You will also be conducting individual session; this session will focus on educating and motivate each on reducing the risk of using illicit drugs and alcohol. Also, provide this individual with research base pamphlets that illustrate the deadly factor associated with using alcohol and the need to change their behavior.
