Text mining in patents publications
Three steps: Step 1: focus on the publications from 2014-2019 in 6 pages, and see the quality of works, based on the quality of work will move to other steps. Step 2: include publications from 2009-2013 in 6 pages. Step 3: add other publications as needed and came up with final format of the literature review paper in 10 pages single space. for this step 1: I’m looking for a comprehensive literature review for (text mining, data mining, deep learning, and machine learning methods) that was done on Patents publications from (USPTO “United state patent and trademark office”, WIPO “world intellectual property organization”, or EPO “European Patent Office”, or others). So, my main focus on Patent as the dataset for these methods (text mining is the most important one of them, as it would be my main research topic.). I’m expecting you to collect a good amount of publications in this area, summarize them, group them and classify them in similar groups, show some statistics to compare these groups, explain what were the problems they are trying to solve, what algorithm they applied, then at the end come out with a summary and expected future research topics that needs more attentions. If you feel more pages are required to make it looks better and more comprehensive, I don’t mind to add more pages and pay for them, if I can see the work first and see it is worth paying more.
