please include the answer of this question in the essay ( Why would the government put out Public Service Announcements that offer advice that wouldn’t really help in an attack? Do you think these PSAs were helpful or not? )
Also, focus on real and logical reasons, economic reasons, cleanup reasons and note how the PSA uses Japan as an example of not being prepared. Other sources okay but def use the videos. Search Duck and Cover.
