Briefly describe the product or services that it provides.
Define the management dilemma faced by the organization, then break this down into more specific management and research questions.
Submit this information in condensed form early in the week to your instructor for approval.
Develop an effective survey consisting of 8-12 questions based on several of your research questions. Clearly identify which survey questions are related to which research questions. Include the survey as appendix.
Identify the variables collected by two of your questions and classify the measurement scale used for each variable (nominal, ordinal, interval, ratio).
Identify the type of survey questions used based on Chapter 12 of Business Research Methods.
Describe how you will administer the survey and collect the data, explaining the advantages of your method. Clearly identify your target population.
Develop a schedule using a Gantt chart (see Exhibit 5-11 of Business Research Methods) identifying appropriate pre- and post-survey activities.
