Chapter 8 in the Marr text provides an overview of each step of the EbM model and a conclusion for each chapter in the text. In addition, it provides an action checklist for each step. For this discussion, select the chapter overview (the overviews start on page 193) that you feel is the most important to the process. In your own words, explain why you feel it may be the most important part of evidence-based management.

Response Guidelines
Read the posts of your peers and respond to two. If possible, respond to one peer who selected the same chapter as you and one who selected a different chapter. Answer the following:
- For the peer who selected the same chapter:
- Was your peer’s assessment of the chapter and its importance the same as yours? Explain.
- What were the differences in your assessments?
- For the peer who selected a different chapter:
- Consider why your peer believes the chapter he or she chose is the most important. Do you agree or disagree?
- If you agree, explain why you changed your mind. What in your peer’s post made you feel his or her chosen chapter is most important?
- If you disagree, explain why you feel your chapter is the most important.
