You are to select a PLC that has a listing on the stock exchange The assignment is in two parts. The first part requires you to produce an analysis of the company’s performance over the last two years from a prospective investors’ point of view (which should include investor ratios and non-financial information). The second part of the report requires you to make a proposal to the board concerning the raising of a substantial amount of capital for your chosen company (say 10%). This proposal should incorporate an analysis of the different sources of capital appropriate for the company and a selection of the chosen source with a supporting rationale.
