The purpose of this assignment is to learn the process of providing trustworthiness (validating) your interview protocol. In this assignment, you must describe the development of the questionnaire with 7-10 questions, describe how you will address validating the instrument, describe your interview protocol, and describe the references that influenced your questions on your questionnaire .

- Based on a qualitative study or your developing proposed dissertation research questions develop a questionnaire.
- State your actual purpose statement and research questions (what you would write at the end of Ch.2)
- Document the literature that supports your interview questions on your questionnaire.
- Submit the purpose statement, Ch. 2 research questions and questionnaire to a peer or an expert reviewer that will help you establish alignment and trustworthiness (validity) of the instrument.
- Conduct a pilot test of your questionnaire with two informants.
- Record and transcribe the interviews.
- Submit Interview transcripts, original questionnaire and adjustments made in Appendix
- Document adjustment made of the questionnaire based on peer/expert review and after pilot interviews
