Best Practices to Implement a High-Performance Organization

The management team of a large organization has contacted you and they have a major need to change their organization to become more competitive. The growth within their market place has stagnated and they need to change to survive. In order to do so, they need to become more innovative and creative with making new products. They feel the need to involve the employees more and they believe the present hierarchical organizational structure is not adequate to do this.

They have heard of High-Performance Organizations and want to learn more. They believe that transitioning their organization to a High-Performance Organization is the way to go and as the highly skilled and highly paid consultant (sorry, no $$ here); you have to convince them.

They have requested that you present to them a 15-minute PowerPoint presentation on the “Best Practices to Implement a High-Performance Organization”.
