serious security breach by a disgruntled employee which resulted in an employee death and employee injuries, the company gave presentations and held discussions
regarding new safety measures. Best could not hear the presentations and discussions. He complained to management. UPX fired him. He filed a claim with the EEOC.
What issues will be raised by Best and by UPX at the EEOC?
