Assume that you are head of R&D (research and development) at a top US healthcare company.  It cannot be  J&J, Pfizer or Merck as mentioned in the case but don’t get involved in a specific company. You are assessing expanding R&D efforts globally.  Should  you  expand and if so to what country.  Remember only use the information in the case.
