Please see attached directions. Remember the target audience. It will be a presentation of your company (to potential investors). I put 7 references but use more if needed. Also, any legal references please use actual manuals for example model penal code ect (its a legal business class). Structure the essay by creating separation by slides and include bullet points that will be used for PowerPoint(8-12 words for bullet points). If charts are needed, please attach them to the word doc. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. I also attached the readings that may provide clarification on the project
