Include the morbidity (illness) and mortality (death) rates for this group. Use the conceptual framework presented in Mehrotra & Wagner, (2006, p. 169), to help you answer the following questions:
- How does race/ethnicity and gender affect this person’s socioeconomic factors?
- How does socioeconomic status influence health behaviors, health care, and environmental factors? Give a specific example for each of them.
- Identify services/resources for the chronic condition you selected. Answer the following question: Have these services/resources been customized to meet the needs of the population selected? Explain your findings.
