We would like our communication to be effective whether it is verbal, written, visual, non-verbal or combination of these. But in reality we are always having problems with our communication.
Prepare an essay of 900 words (+/ -10%) that addresses the following points:
1. Name and explain with examples four4contributory factors that prevent effective communication.
2. Identify and explain four4 situations where miscommunication takes place in business.
