Assignment 1: Discussion Questions
The Vice President of HR asked you to develop a policy for recruiting and hiring employees for the hospital. Given that the employees will be working in close proximity of the patients and consumers, identify the three most important elements that you will include in this policy. State why these are important from your viewpoint.
By Saturday, April 8, 2017 respond to the discussion question assigned by the Faculty. Submit your response to the appropriate Discussion Area. Use the same Discussion Area to comment on your classmates’ submissions and continue the discussion Week 3, Day 7. Comment on how your classmates would address differing views.
