The process I would like to follow for measuring the feedback provided by the customers for different product is to interview the CTO of the company and leads of the product development team and marketing team. The theme I want to select is the technology factor and the customer satisfaction regarding the products delivered to the customer. By makinguse of these two themes the idea is to study and analyze multiple programs delivered by the company, which helps to analyze and compare the data and make an assertion for the case study
