The paper will:
1) Describe the issues in detail using examples. (2) Evaluate the issues accurately, fairly and with scholarly research to support the claims. (3) Show depth and understanding of the issue and effects within society. All work MUST also include a title page and outline, as well as an APA formatted annotated bibliography. All sources must be cited within the body of the paper in APA format. It must contain at least three scholarly including a journal article and a book. Web articles may be used as additional sources, however no “Wikipedia” style sources. The 10 pages DOES NOT include the annotated bibliography, the outline or the title page, so if done well your total project should be at least 13 pages in length.
