1) Scholarly Practicum Proposal – Based on identification of a problem at your work site, the student will create a proposal for change using evidence-based practice.
Scholarly Practicum Proposal will include the following:
I. Assessment: Why is this a problem? Must identify your population and the location here, as well as the Problem Statement

II. PLANNING:

IV. Evaluation: How are you going to evaluate your teaching? Can be a 2 – 3 question/answer quiz, phone call, likert scale, etc.,How did you evaluate the effectiveness of your teaching project? Include who carried out the evaluation for you also.
V. Implications for Nursing Practice: Why is your project important for nursing?

Goals must be related to the course objectives and the area of your practicum experience. The objectives should be specific and measurable. . The implications for nursing practice should be evidence-based.
