Please note that it is unacceptable to use an already created SWOT matrix that you find on the Internet. The purpose of this exercise is for you to gain experience in analyzing the internal and external markets of a company.
In your initial response, reflect on the company you have chosen and complete a SWOT analysis. Points to cover in your response include but are not limited to:
- Identify the company and the industry it is in (i.e., McDonald’s is in the fast food industry).
- Complete the SWOT analysis.
- Make recommendations for the company based on the SWOT.
Your initial post should be two to four paragraphs (300 words minimum). Support your explanations by including in-text citations and references in APA format as applicable.Include justification for your responses and apply the course material.
