The European Emissions Trading Scheme -A Critical Appraisal
This module is assessed by coursework. The coursework should consist of a 1,300 word report. This report shall critically assess a specific Problem of the current third period of the ETS. The student needs to outline the specific problem and discuss a potential solution. The solution should lead to a better functioning of the scheme as proposed by theory. It is not necessary to introduce the Scheme itself as we discussed it already during class.
