All preganglionic nerves in Autonomic are cholinergic (use ACh – acetylcholine). All postganglionic nerves of parasympathetic ANS are cholinergic as well (use ACh). All postganglionic nerves of sympathetic ANS are noradrenergic (use NorEpi – Norepinephrine). For Sympathietic NS main neurotransmitter used is acetylcholine (Ex: muscular contraction).
