This week’s topic is Data Visualization, a diverse and exciting part of data science.
For your research paper, write about 1 (one) type of visualization or a particular type of data that benefits from visualization, and how researchers and practitioners are extending the state of the art in visualizing that data. At its heart, this paper is a very short, focused literature review. Requirements for this paper are standard:
- 3-5 pages of content not including title and reference page
- Please use the attached APA template.
- The background on the overall concept of data visualization should be a few sentences, focus on your one area
- 3-5 references from academic journal articles and reputable practitioner sources
