On the other hand, how was the Behavioral Approach used in this activity? How did the different groups (Task & People) prove and/or disprove, support or negate, the Behavioral Approach? What group did you find yourself in (Task or People) and how did that validate your leadership style and skills? Did you learn anything from the other group?
