Unit Literature Review

Review the literature provided in the required reading in addition to outside sources; these can be from the Annotated Bibliography you created earlier in this course. Then, organize your findings in the form of a literature review paper.

Include the following in your paper:

vWhat are some models geared toward creating a positive learning culture for adult learners?

vHow does motivation influence learning? 

vHow will you use motivation to influence the learning of your students?

vWhat are some best practices for creating a positive learning culture and motivating adult learners?

Your paper should be at least four pages in length. Be sure to cite any resources used in APA format.

Use this article to help write a three-page memo outlining your recommendations for developing managers who are stuck in their jobs or feel underutilized. Use Microsoft Word to create your memo. You can use a memo template or create your own memo. Be sure to cite all the sources used according to APA format.
