translated into business careers. To complete this statement students will need to conduct a small piece of research into what types of
knowledge and skills are required in the accounting profession and map these to the concepts, tools and methodologies learned in this unit
of study.
3. Prepare a brief’role-playing’ type scenario statement that concisely describes what you have learned in
Accounting Information systems to a fictitious senior manager ofa public or private sector organisation. You can choose the types of
organisation and design your statement to ‘fit’ the context accordingly.
