Make sure you read the notes highlighted on Research Paper Proposal 3, but understand those are not the only corrections needed. Also look at comments below and example of Critical Thinking Program Outcome (PO).
Comments: you have some differences on your template than the current one. Please make sure you have the correct one. Also the structure of your POs need a little work. The first sentence is what your understanding of the PO is (your own words) and then please start the next sentence with “This will be demonstrated by…” so it is clear. Lastly, you abstract should be all about what the paper is about with the template requirements all met.

Critical Thinking
“The student will show evidence of knowledge at a synthesis level to define and solve problems within professional and personal environments” (ERAU, 2015, pp.12).
Critical thinking is collecting, conceptualizing, analyzing, synthesizing and evaluating information intellectually. The student will use critical thinking to demonstrate understanding in the weight and balance process and how automated systems provide a more efficient means to properly ensure the CG is within limits for safe flight. The paper will use information from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) accident reports, manufacturer’s W&B guidelines and specifications, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and automated W&B program guidelines. The student will obtain the required information from NTSB reports, FAA regulations from FAA Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 91 and 135, manufacturer’s specifications pertaining to specific W&B guidelines and vendor manuals.
