You must adhere to the outline. Remember that you are to cite your sources anytime you directly quote material or closely use the ideas of the author through paraphrasing. You want to keep in mind that these types of arguments explain existing, local problems, suggest solutions, and determine feasibility of this solution.

Any point of view (Only use the first person if you have a direct connection with the issue. If you do not then it is best to use the third person point of view.)

This may be a newspaper article, magazine, academic journal, or anything else you choose if it is reliable and trustworthy. Be prepared to justify reliability.)
