1: Singing Valley should have a survey asking a few simple questions based on what activities the guests would like to participate in when staying at the resort. This survey will be taken during the booking process of the hotel stay. Once the guest takes the survey, Singing Valley will take the results of the survey and place pamphlets, flyers and event schedules along with their welcoming packet materials on a table in the guest’s room.
2: There will be a frequent stay membership the guest could sign up for. Guests will be able to earn points based on the number of days they stay and how many activities they participate in. Every time a guest earn 100 points, on their next stay they will be able to upgrade their room for the same price.
Every day they stay will be 10 points. Every activity will be worth 5 points.
During the down time where the hotel doesn’t have many guests they will be able to earn double the points per day and activity.
