a. Write an in-depth summary of the fourth, fifth, and sixth amendments to the Constitution.
b Explain how they apply to law enforcement officers.
c. Include and explain landmark cases that made them so important to law enforcement: IE, Miranda, Esobedo
No part of the Constitution is more important to those in law enforcement, therefore I want to be certain each of you understands these amendments thoroughly.
