The purpose of this assignment is to allow the student an opportunity to explain what it means to have an efficient capital market. Students will gain an understanding of the different levels of market efficiency and how behavioral finance can inhibit reaching market transparency.

This week we learned about many controlled prescription medications that have the potential to be abused or sold illegally in the free market.

According to the CDC, 44 people in the US die everyday from an opioid overdose.

Tell us about someone you know or have read about that has been affected by an addiction to prescription drugs. How did the abuse begin and end?
