Thinking back on your experience, explain why a T-shaped set of KSAs is desirable in today’s world (both in the workplace and in other settings).  Share your plan for adopting a T-shaped set of skills: Name the concentration you selected (Human Resources Management) in Milestone Two and how it relates to your specific goal (graduation).
