Entry and Contracting Phase Strategies

For this assignment, write an essay of at least two pages explaining the strategies you would use toward the entry and contracting phases of the OD process.

Entry phase: Include each of the following while explaining your strategy toward the entry phase:  How would you begin the process of landing clients? 

How will you find the client/clients? 

How will you build relationships with prospective clients? 

When and how will the client convert from prospective client to actual client? 

How will you sell your services to clients? 

How will you use negotiation techniques within the process of establishing a mutually collaborative agreement with clients?

Contracting phase: Complete “Exercise 1: Contracting” on page 408 of your textbook by reading the passage and addressing the four questions as you draft your essay. The purpose of this assignment is for you to formulate entry-phase and contracting-phase strategies for the OD process. Use APA style to format your essay. Information about accessing the Blackboard Grading Rubric for this assignment is provided below.

It has done so during a period of rising tuition and budgetary cutbacks in academic departments.” Do colleges spend too much money on athletics when they should be spending it on academics instead? If eliminating athletics at JWU would mean reducing annual tuition by $5000, should JWU do it? Take a stand and explain your position.
