Evaluating workplace using the seven Baldridge criteria.

Submit an Applied Paper evaluating either your current (or former) workplace using the seven Baldridge criteria. There should also be a minimum of three scholarly citations, one from the textbook ( Quality and performance Excellence management organization and strategy eighth edition by james r evans) related to the topic and two from other sources, preferably using the Barry Library link on the course website, and properly cited using APA format. The paper should be in Word format, between 1000-1500 words (approx. 4-5 pages), double spaced, in 12 pt. font.
