Illustrations should be properly numbered (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, etc.) and captioned a.Artist’s name; b.Title of work, underlined or in italics; c.The medium; d.The date if known (if approximate, indicate thus: c. 1500); e.Its present location i.e. town and gallery or site; f.Source of the image.
