Build an original 3D model in either SketchUp or Blender.
Project may be completed using Linux, Windows, or OS X.
Grade Sheet:
2 points for any original 3D model saved in COLLADA (.dae) format.
2 points for more than one texture mapped to model geometry.
2 points for smooth shading (averaged normal vectors).
2 points for a concave manifold such as a torus or knot incorporated into a more complicated model.
2 points for creativity.
Create an original game using physics simulation.

Grade Sheet:
3 points for displaying and changing game score (points/lives/whatever) based on physics interactions such as collision.
3 points for a 2D overlay (HUD style) user interface.
3 points for using player input to interact with physics simulation.
3 points for written game instructions.
3 points for creativity.
