   And discuss: Begin by selecting one of the poems or images in Mason’s essay and A) discuss how it fits into his history of the Beer Acts.  and B) Discuss what this tells us about industrialization.

This April marks the 100th anniversary of the date the United States entered WWI (“The Great War”). Explain the fundamental reasons behind the United States entering World War I in Europe. Discuss whether or not you believe these reasons warranted going to war.  Then explain how WWI changed the role of the United States in the world.
