1. Identify and discuss strategic capabilities (resources and competences) of the chosen company using appropriate strategy tools and identify strengths and weaknesses for the firm (this is task 2). Apply the Value Chain (what does the company has) and identify and discuss any core competences (what does the company do better than others) the organisation may have.
