(1) Read through the scenario carefully. You may wish to print it out to allow note taking(2) Read through the questions at the end of the scenario(3) Respond to the questions by referring to course concepts and definitions. When appropriate, you need both to identify the specific content (speech line) and describe the situation briefly.
