“Learning Theories”Please respond to ONE (1) of the following:

1. Instructional designers apply instructional theories and models based on four (4) factors. Select one (1) of the four (4) factors to analyze and suggest two (2) approaches for applying it to your project. Briefly describe the project and the suggested theoretical application. Provide two (2) examples to support your response.
2. Select a topic such as learning to drive a car, creating artwork, teaching a class, etc. Determine the four (4) steps that a learner would take in order to complete the task, with each step representing a phase of the social learning theory.

“Cognitive Theories” Please respond to ONE (1) of the following:

1. Examine each of the learning theories discussed in Chapter 14 and select a principle from each theory that relates to your project. Briefly describe the project and the suggested theoretical application. Suggest two (2) strategies for applying each principle to your project.
2. From the case study, argue for or against the instructional approach used in the culinary arts program. Provide your opinion on the advantages and disadvantages of this approach. Suggest a solution to alleviate Beth’s concerns.
