Make an initial posting in the discussion area providing your thoughts on the the article. Along with other thoughts you have on the article, you will want to answer following questions:
- What are your thoughts on the tactics discussed in the article on ways to try to attract and keep employees in these smaller locations?
- How do the ideas in the article apply to a place like Billings?
- What about trying to attract employees to smaller places like Miles City, Montana? What would the company have to accentuate or promote about the area, living conditions, or job?
- What about trying to attract to more isolated places places in Montana, like along the Hi-Line or in a place like Baker? What could employers do?
