Should the U.S. increase tariffs on imported products from China?

You will be submitting more detailed research papers between 3 and 4 pages in length NOT INCLUDING WORKS CITED. Your paper should have a strong thesis/hypothesis, which you will analyze and support by rigorous and cogent appeal to empirical evidence gathered and interpreted by you and others. You must include at least five references of which two must be peer-reviewed, academic sources (a journal or peer reviewed academic book).
