Make sure when filling out this chart you include three different states’ laws AS WELL AS FEDERAL LAWS. I have found too often students skip this section and loose valuable points.
Also, when looking at what difference you see between the states and federal laws be sure to look at the big picture. What is the largest difference between these two jurisdictions at this time.
Finally, when answering the final question consider what are public order crimes and how they are related to drugs. How do they go hand in hand? Be specific with your examples.
