Part 2: Reflection In 250-500 words, reflect on best practices when designing and planning online learning experiences. Consider what you learned when creating your explainer video. Additionally, explain the general role of new and diverse media in online learning environments. Support your findings with 3-4 scholarly resources. Submit this assignment as one deliverable, providing the link to your video with your reflection.
