Reflection Paper Three takeaways from the class that draws from the three book. Main themes Write three takeaways from the course that draws from the three texts main themes, write your opinion regarding the takeaways and then relate them to the three books. What ideas does the authors suggest what are their views on the takeaways. The first take away from the course I found useful is the idea of Salafi Jihadism it self the interpretations that extremist groups have regarding it and how they handle it. (Relates to Salafi Jihadism Book and Islam and Peace making in the Middle East) The second takeaway I found really helpful is understanding the concept of Sufism the poetry and the art involved. (Relates to the book on Sufism) The last takeaway from this course is part 2 chapter 7 in the book Islam and Peace making in the Middle East by Abdul Aziz And Nathan C funk. I really found this chapter helpful as it relates to whole idea of the course. (Relates to the Salafi Jihadism and Islam and Peace making in the Middle East) I’ll will upload the books asap.
