I’m working on a Nutrition question and need guidance to help me study.
Many people have pre-conceived beliefs about macro-nutrients. For instance, there is a common belief that people need more protein than they get, but most Americans actually get more protein than they need if they eat a healthy balanced diet. Similarly, many people try to ‘avoid carbohydrates’ but they really avoid grains as they don’t realize they are also getting ‘carbs’ in fruits, dairy, vegetables, etc. Now that we’ve learned about carbohydrates, fats, and protein…what do you think? Have your opinions about what you need or how much you need changed or do you think you were on track at baseline? Any surprises along the way?
i want you to write about 500 word
